Mr. Roger Plourde has nearly 30 years’ experience in various business environments. He holds a degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has set up several profitable and successful companies in the communications and marketing fields. These various companies have been managed in conscientiously, favoring slow but stable growth. As president, Mr. Plourde is responsible for business sales development and financing of the company’s operations. He quickly identified development of the Internet as a lucrative sector. Mr. Plourde will provide strategic management of the Resulting Issuer in order to secure optimal positioning in his sector. Mr. Plourde will work full time within Intema™.

Sébastien Plourde
Vice-President

Mr. Sébastien Plourde has vast experience in technologies enabling web applications as well as their development. Mr. Plourde is currently Vice-President of product development for the targeted corporation and includes in his portfolio the creation of three types of software for the benchmarking and overall marketing platform of eFlyerMaker. He has been an employee of Netmarketing for the last ten years and is one of the architects of its growth. He will be responsible for decisions concerning the development, design, implementation and delivery of projects. Responsible for production, he will perform his duties as a full-time employee.

Gérard Lallemand
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lallemand is an experienced professional having served as controller for several companies over the years. Until now, he was controller of NetMarketingSolution; he will preserve continuity in the integration of the financial activities on NetMarketingSolution with CPL.
